以甲壳素的白度为指标,研究了南极磷虾甲壳素的脱色条件,通过对比实验,确定H2 O2为脱色剂;通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定最佳脱色工艺条件为:H2 O2浓度12%,脱色温度65℃,脱色时间3 h,pH=8~9,在该条件下,南极磷虾甲壳素脱色后的白度可达到70.
以甲殼素的白度為指標,研究瞭南極燐蝦甲殼素的脫色條件,通過對比實驗,確定H2 O2為脫色劑;通過單因素試驗和正交試驗,確定最佳脫色工藝條件為:H2 O2濃度12%,脫色溫度65℃,脫色時間3 h,pH=8~9,在該條件下,南極燐蝦甲殼素脫色後的白度可達到70.

The decolorization conditions of chitin from Antarctic krill shells were studied.According to the comparative experiment,H2 O2 was defined as the decolorant.Through single-factor and orthogonal experi-ment,the optimum decolorization conditions of chitin from Antarctic krill were as follows:the concentration of H2 O2 was 1 2%,the decolorization temperature was 65 ℃,processing time was 3 h and pH was in 8~9 . The proven experiment showed that whiteness after decolorization of chitin from Antarctic krill shells could reach above 70 under this condition.
