[目的]研究安徽省地区棉花的最佳施肥量。[方法]通过“3414”回归最优设计原理设置棉花肥效试验,探索肥料效应函数方程,由此得到理论氮、磷、钾最佳施肥量。[结果]根据肥料效应函数方程,理论氮、磷、钾最佳施肥量N 264.75 kg/hm2,P2O590.45 kg/hm2,K2O 359.55 kg/hm2,最佳产量4013.40 kg/hm2。综合分析不同的施肥量,当地中等肥力田氮、磷、钾推荐量分别为N 301.65 kg/hm2、P2O589.55 kg/hm2、K2O 391.65 kg/hm2。[结论]研究结果为科学指导棉花施肥提供了参考依据。

The aim was to study the optimum fertilization of cotton in Anhui Province. [Method] The fertilizer effect function equation was explored, by setting cotton fertilizer trials with"3414"regression optimal design principles.[Result] According to fertilizer response function equation, the theory optimum fertilization of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium were N 264.75 kg/hm2, P2O5 90.45 kg/hm2, K2O 359.55 kg/hm2, and the optimum yield was 4 013.40 kg/hm2. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were recommended amount of N 301.65 kg/hm2, P2O5 89.55 kg/hm2, K2O 391.65 kg/hm2 in local medium fertility field, with comprehensive analysis of the different amount of fertilizer. [Conclusion] The result provided a reference for scientific guidance of cotton fertilization.
