三祖文化自1993年提出，经过20年的发展，已基本形成“中华三祖文化”品牌。在文化旅游的基础上积极开拓影视艺术基地、主题公园等新的商业模式，“两岸三地”的经济合作密切，社会效益凸显，中华三祖文化园区被列入河北省30个重点文化产业项目之一。三祖文化的成功运作对张家口市历史文化产业发展提供了可资借鉴的经验，带来有益启示。
