京津冀地处环渤海会展集群的核心地带，在中国会展业发展中居于重要地位。京津作为环渤海会展业的领军城市，在过去20余年的发展中，创造了巨大的经济和社会效益，形成了各具特色的会展业态，发展势头强劲。然而，同属环渤海会展集群的河北省会展产业的发展却明显落后。究其因，会展人才队伍建设不力是一个重要原因。因此，着眼于京津冀会展经济格局，制定“借力”又“突围”京津的人才战略，与区域经济发展实际紧密结合，实为河北省会展人才队伍建设的积极对策和可行路径。
京津冀地處環渤海會展集群的覈心地帶，在中國會展業髮展中居于重要地位。京津作為環渤海會展業的領軍城市，在過去20餘年的髮展中，創造瞭巨大的經濟和社會效益，形成瞭各具特色的會展業態，髮展勢頭彊勁。然而，同屬環渤海會展集群的河北省會展產業的髮展卻明顯落後。究其因，會展人纔隊伍建設不力是一箇重要原因。因此，著眼于京津冀會展經濟格跼，製定“藉力”又“突圍”京津的人纔戰略，與區域經濟髮展實際緊密結閤，實為河北省會展人纔隊伍建設的積極對策和可行路徑。
경진기지처배발해회전집군적핵심지대，재중국회전업발전중거우중요지위。경진작위배발해회전업적령군성시，재과거20여년적발전중，창조료거대적경제화사회효익，형성료각구특색적회전업태，발전세두강경。연이，동속배발해회전집군적하북성회전산업적발전각명현락후。구기인，회전인재대오건설불력시일개중요원인。인차，착안우경진기회전경제격국，제정“차력”우“돌위”경진적인재전략，여구역경제발전실제긴밀결합，실위하북성회전인재대오건설적적겁대책화가행로경。
Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province lie in the core area of Bohai Rim where MICE industry cluster has been basically formed.They are playing an important role in the development of exhibition in-dustry in China.In the past over 20 years,Beijing and Tianjin,as the leading cities in the field of MICE of Bohai Rim,not only have created the huge economic and social benefits but also have formed a distinctive exhibition business.And they are maintaining a powerful momentum of development.But Hebei’s MICE development obviously has lagged behind.The lack of exhibition talent team construction is an important reason.From the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei MICE pattern,the paper thinks that Hebei must fo-cus on the sharing and breaking-through strategies and the close integration of regional economic develop-ment,as positive countermeasures and feasible routes in Hebei MICE construction of talent team.
