目前装备动员信息系统中军地编码标准和方法还不统一，影响了系统间的信息交流与共享。阐述了装备编码的概念及其意义，详细分析了军队和地方各自的装备动员系统中编码的现状，提出了编码转换、一一映射和一对多映射3种对接方法，为军地动员系统编码的对接提供了理论基础和支撑。

The code standards and methods in the information system of equipment mobilization have not been unified ,which influences the exchange and share between systems .The concept and significance about the equipment code are stated .The current situation of coding among civil and mili-tary equipment mobilization system is analyzed in detail .Lastly the methods of transcoding ,one to one mappings and one to many mappings are brought out .The study can provide the basic theory for supporting the code docking of civil and military system .
