现代信息化战争对装备动员提出了新的要求，为了满足我国装备动员信息化建设的迫切需要，提高装备动员业务信息处理的精确性和高效性，在分析研究我军装备动员信息化建设现状的基础上，结合我军装备动员体制构建了一个便于信息共享、军地对接的业务管理信息系统，旨在为后期的软件实现提供很好的参考和依据。

Modern information warfare puts forward new demands to equipment mobilization .In order to meet the urgent need of equipment mobilization information construction ,and improve the accuracy and high efficiency of equipment mobilization information management ,on the basis of ana-lyzing and studying the actuality of the equipment mobilization information construction in our army , combined equipment mobilization system in our army ,and established an operation management in-formation system for information share and contact between the army and state ,the paper provides good references for latter software implementation .
