目的：探讨敷贴粘合小儿疝手术切口的可行性及安全性。方法2010年1月~2013年12月我院46例小儿腹股沟疝行疝囊高位结扎术后，手术切口不缝合，代之以敷贴粘合。观察术后切口有无红肿、渗液及疼痛情况；切口愈合、美观情况；更换敷料次数；达到切口愈合时敷贴粘合时间；复发情况。结果切口红肿2例，有渗液7例；均无明显疼痛；均为甲级愈合，无明显疤痕；5例更换敷料1次，4例更换敷料2次，37例未更换敷料；达到切口愈合时敷贴粘合时间2~5 d，其中2 d 者14例，3 d 者19例，4 d 者11例，5 d 者2例；均无复发。结论敷贴粘合小儿疝手术切口的方法安全可行，切口愈合良好，能有效地减轻患儿及家属的心理负担和临床护理工作，简便易行，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토부첩점합소인산수술절구적가행성급안전성。방법2010년1월~2013년12월아원46례소인복고구산행산낭고위결찰술후，수술절구불봉합，대지이부첩점합。관찰술후절구유무홍종、삼액급동통정황；절구유합、미관정황；경환부료차수；체도절구유합시부첩점합시간；복발정황。결과절구홍종2례，유삼액7례；균무명현동통；균위갑급유합，무명현파흔；5례경환부료1차，4례경환부료2차，37례미경환부료；체도절구유합시부첩점합시간2~5 d，기중2 d 자14례，3 d 자19례，4 d 자11례，5 d 자2례；균무복발。결론부첩점합소인산수술절구적방법안전가행，절구유합량호，능유효지감경환인급가속적심리부담화림상호리공작，간편역행，치득림상응용。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of using wound dressing to conglutinate incision of pediatric hernia surgery. Methods 46 children underwent high ligation of hernial sac from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2013 were included,whose surgical incisions were conglutinated by wound dressing instead of suture. The following situa-tions were observed:red swelling,exudates and pain;incision healing and skin appearance;times of changing dress-ing;conglutinating time till wound healing;recurrence. Results There were 2 cases with red swelling,7 cases with exudates,all cases without pain. All incisions were class - A healing,with no obvious scar hyperplasia. 5 cases changed dressing once with 4 cases twice and the rest none. Conglutinating time ranged from 2 days to 5 days,among which 14 cases conglutinated for 2 days,19 cases for 3 days,11 cases for 4 days,and 2 cases for 5 days. No recurrence occurred in 46 cases. Conclusion Conglutinating incision by wound dressing is feasible and safe with incisions heal-ing well,which can effectively reduce psychological burden and clinical nursing work.
