教育界已形成职业教育体系框架，高等职业教育是职业教育体系中重要组成部分，以培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型专门人才为主要任务。高端技能型专门人才的内涵研究是关键，培养环境是基础，机制建设是保障。分析影响、制约高等院校培养高端技能型专门人才的因素是职业院校管理者努力的方向。

Vocational education system frame has been formed in education field. High vocational educa-tion is an important component part of vocational education system. It takes training of processing, build-ing, serving and managing front line highness skilled specialties talent as major task. Connotation research of highness skilled specialties is the key of training; culturing circumstance is the foundation;mechanism constructing is the guarantees. Analyzing infection and restricting factors to highness skilled specialties talent training in high school is the struggling direction for vocational school governors.
