根据石英110℃热释光技术原理,推导了热释光测量方法的数学表达式,研究了石英热释光超线性相关特性。结果表明:石英热释光的超线性指数随辐照剂量的变化而变化,线性指数最大可以超过4,最小只能接近0。当前剂量特别大或热处理温度特别高时,T2陷阱被完全填满,竞争消失,热释光的超线性随之消失。
根據石英110℃熱釋光技術原理,推導瞭熱釋光測量方法的數學錶達式,研究瞭石英熱釋光超線性相關特性。結果錶明:石英熱釋光的超線性指數隨輻照劑量的變化而變化,線性指數最大可以超過4,最小隻能接近0。噹前劑量特彆大或熱處理溫度特彆高時,T2陷阱被完全填滿,競爭消失,熱釋光的超線性隨之消失。

The physical model of 110℃ thermoluminescence of quartz was theoretically constructed in the present work. The superlinearity of the thermoluminescence of quartz was explored. The rsults show that the superlinearity index of quartz thermoluminescence changes with irradiation dose. The maxi-mal superlinearity index can be larger than 4 and the minimal index can only close to zero. When the pre-dose is very large or annealing temperature is very high, T2 traps are almost all occupied, there are no more competition traps, the superlinearity of quartz thermoluminescence disappears.
