带有台阶的大型轴类锻件在改锻过程中,难度最大的是对台阶区域的拔长,尤其是当台阶直径落差较大时,往往会在台阶根部小圆造成径缩形成的折叠缺陷。而通过改变布砧方式可以改变台阶与坯料轴线的垂直状态,减小拔长过程中台阶端部金属的轴向伸长,消除折叠缺陷。通过数值模拟的方法对不同布砧方式的拔长过程进行分析,可以找到最佳布砧方式。
帶有檯階的大型軸類鍛件在改鍛過程中,難度最大的是對檯階區域的拔長,尤其是噹檯階直徑落差較大時,往往會在檯階根部小圓造成徑縮形成的摺疊缺陷。而通過改變佈砧方式可以改變檯階與坯料軸線的垂直狀態,減小拔長過程中檯階耑部金屬的軸嚮伸長,消除摺疊缺陷。通過數值模擬的方法對不同佈砧方式的拔長過程進行分析,可以找到最佳佈砧方式。

In the forging operation for re-using stepped shaft forgings, the most difficulty is to draw the step area , especially when the diameter changes greatly. In this case, the diameter reduction caused by the small circle on the step root can produce a folding defect. The folding defect can be eliminated by changing the way to arrange hammering blocks to alter the perpendicularity of the step to the forging in order to reduce the axial extension of the metal on the step end during drawing operation. The drawing operations with different hammering block arrangements are analysed by the means of numerical simulation to find out the best hammering block arrangement.
