针对履带起重机大量采用高强度钢,其刚度和抗失稳能力随之降低的问题,研究了起重机臂架稳定性的影响因素。利用有限元软件ANSYS 建立了臂架模型,对其进行静态分析及特征值屈曲分析,以特征值屈曲模态形状作为初始缺陷,对臂架进行非线性屈曲分析。通过对计算结果进行分析,发现风载荷和回转惯性力对臂架的稳定性影响相对较小,偏摆力是导致臂架失稳的主要因素。
針對履帶起重機大量採用高彊度鋼,其剛度和抗失穩能力隨之降低的問題,研究瞭起重機臂架穩定性的影響因素。利用有限元軟件ANSYS 建立瞭臂架模型,對其進行靜態分析及特徵值屈麯分析,以特徵值屈麯模態形狀作為初始缺陷,對臂架進行非線性屈麯分析。通過對計算結果進行分析,髮現風載荷和迴轉慣性力對臂架的穩定性影響相對較小,偏襬力是導緻臂架失穩的主要因素。

The influential factors were studied on the stability of crane jib for the increase of strength,at the same time stiffness and buckling resistance decrease in view of a large number of adoption of high strength steel in crawler crane.The jib model was established based on the finite element software ANSYS,the static state and the eigenvalue buckling were analyzed and the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out on the jib on the basis of eigenvalue buckling mode shape as initial defects.It was found that the wind load and horizontal inertial force influence on the stability of the boom was relatively small,while the deflection force was the main factor that causes the unstability of the jib.
