横向磁通永磁电机具有高转矩密度等优点,但其转矩脉动严重地影响了输出特性。提出一种改进的空间矢量直接转矩控制方法,并增加电压矢量数量及磁链区域的进一步细分,改变定子磁链和转矩的估测模型及磁链角的获取,使开关频率增加,转矩脉动减小,以削弱电流谐波,可有效地减小转矩脉动和磁链,电机得到平稳运行。将传统直接转矩与改进的空间矢量直接转矩控制进行对比研究,研究表明,改进的直接转矩控制减小了转矩脉动,增加了负载转矩,使横向磁通永磁电机工作性能得到提升。
橫嚮磁通永磁電機具有高轉矩密度等優點,但其轉矩脈動嚴重地影響瞭輸齣特性。提齣一種改進的空間矢量直接轉矩控製方法,併增加電壓矢量數量及磁鏈區域的進一步細分,改變定子磁鏈和轉矩的估測模型及磁鏈角的穫取,使開關頻率增加,轉矩脈動減小,以削弱電流諧波,可有效地減小轉矩脈動和磁鏈,電機得到平穩運行。將傳統直接轉矩與改進的空間矢量直接轉矩控製進行對比研究,研究錶明,改進的直接轉矩控製減小瞭轉矩脈動,增加瞭負載轉矩,使橫嚮磁通永磁電機工作性能得到提升。

Transverse flux permanent magnet motor has the advantages of high torque density, but its torque ripple has seriously affected the output characteristics. An improved method of Space Vector Modulation-Direct Torque Control ( SVM-DTC) is presented in this paper. It increases the voltage vector subdivision number and flux area, and changes the acquisition model and flux linkage angle estimation of stator flux and torque. The switching fre-quency increases, and the torque ripple is reduced.The current harmonic is weakened; this can effectively reduce the torque ripple and the flux linkage.The motor can run smoothly. The traditional DTC and the improved SVM-DTC are studied based on the TFPM motor. The results and their analysis show preliminarily that the SVM-DTC can re-duce the torque ripple, increase the load torque. The Performance of TFPM is improved.
