永磁无刷直流电动机是高空电推进系统的重要部件之一,其性能指标与温升密切相关,高空环境下散热条件的改变使得温升分析尤为重要。文章以一台表贴式永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,对电机进行了高空环境下的温度场建模,确定了电机在高空环境下的散热边界条件以及电机内部各种传热系数,利用有限元分析方法对电机进行了温度场仿真。通过高空电推进系统用永磁无刷直流电动机高空适应性研究的实验,对比了陆地环境和高空环境电动机温度场的变化。研究表明文中永磁无刷直流电机温度场模型及电机内部传热系数的计算对高空环境下电机的温升分析和散热设计具有一定的参考价值。

A PM BLDCM is one of the most important components in a high-altitude electric propulsion system. Its performance is closely related to temperature rise, so the analysis of its temperature field in the high-altitude enviro-ment is particularly important because of the poor heat dissipation there. We study a surface-mounted PM BLDCM, model and calculate its temperature field in the high-altitude enviroment with the finite element method and deter-mine its heat transfer coefficients. The simulation results in the ground enviroment, given in Figs. 2, 3 and 4, and their comparison with the experimental data show preliminarily that the temperature rise and heat dissipation in the PM BLDCM used in the high-altitude electric propulsion system should be studied and taken into account when de-signing the PM BLDCM.
