为了准确测量粮食含水量,设计了一种基于 MCU 的电容式粮食水分检测仪。以 AT-M EG A128为主控制芯片,利用555振荡电路设计系统的硬件结构,并将测量结果于12864液晶屏中显示。实验结果表明,该水分检测仪能检测水分值在13%~25%的粮食,检测速度快,测量结果准确,能适应各种环境的要求。
為瞭準確測量糧食含水量,設計瞭一種基于 MCU 的電容式糧食水分檢測儀。以 AT-M EG A128為主控製芯片,利用555振盪電路設計繫統的硬件結構,併將測量結果于12864液晶屏中顯示。實驗結果錶明,該水分檢測儀能檢測水分值在13%~25%的糧食,檢測速度快,測量結果準確,能適應各種環境的要求。

In order to measure the moisture content of grain ,a capacitive type grain moisture tester based on MCU is designed .The hardware stucture is based on 555 oscillation circuit system and ATMEGA128 is selected as the major controlling chip .The result is displayed on 12864 LCD panel .The experimental results show that it can test the grain whose moisture content is between 13% ~25% .The tester works fast ,the result of the measurement is precise ,and it can adapt to different environment .Through the new method ,an accurate and high speed online measurement scheme was put forward .
