目的：探讨腹腔镜下胰腺手术的护理经验及护理效果。方法：2010年1月～2013年8月我院共实施腹腔镜下胰腺手术14例，其中行胰腺十二指肠切除12例、胰体尾切除2例，术前予以充分评估及专科围手术期护理，并加强早期并发症的观察与护理。结果：所有患者手术均顺利实施，无术中死亡病例，术后发生胰瘘2例、胆瘘1例、出血1例、腹腔积液1例及切口愈合不良1例，经积极处理后病人均顺利康复。结论：充分的术前准备及有效的围手术期护理，可为腹腔镜下胰腺手术的顺利开展提供有力保证，并有助于患者术后顺利康复。
목적：탐토복강경하이선수술적호리경험급호리효과。방법：2010년1월～2013년8월아원공실시복강경하이선수술14례，기중행이선십이지장절제12례、이체미절제2례，술전여이충분평고급전과위수술기호리，병가강조기병발증적관찰여호리。결과：소유환자수술균순리실시，무술중사망병례，술후발생이루2례、담루1례、출혈1례、복강적액1례급절구유합불량1례，경적겁처리후병인균순리강복。결론：충분적술전준비급유효적위수술기호리，가위복강경하이선수술적순리개전제공유력보증，병유조우환자술후순리강복。
Objective:To summarize the perioperative nursing experience and assess the nursing effects for patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatic procedure.Methods: The nursing experience was retrospectively summed up in 14 patients undergone laparoscopic pancreatic operation in our hospital be-tween January 2010 and August 2013.Of the 14 cases,12 received pancreas-duodenum resection and 2,resection of body and tail of pancreas.All patients were given full assessment concerning their conditions before surgery and individualized perioperative nursing ,and monitored for signs of early complica-tions as well as nursing.Results:The operation was successfully performed in the total 14 patients,and no intraoperative death occurred.Although postop-erative pancreatic leakage occurred in 2 cases,bile leakage in 1,hemorrhage in 1,seroperitoneum in 1 and poor wound healing in another 1,yet they were recovered after active management.Conclusion: Adequate preoperative preparation and effective perioperative nursing can facilitate smooth laparoscopic pancreatic operation and postoperative recovery for such patients.
