目的：探讨下颌骨髁状突矢状骨折坚强内固定的方法。方法：对6例髁状突矢状骨折患者行坚强内固定，恢复髁状突全貌。结果：行坚强内固定的所有患者术后均保存了颞下颌关节功能和形态，恢复了髁状突原有的外形。结论：下颌骨髁状突矢状骨折坚强内固定可保持髁状突的外形和正常位置，有助于关节功能的恢复。
목적：탐토하합골과상돌시상골절견강내고정적방법。방법：대6례과상돌시상골절환자행견강내고정，회복과상돌전모。결과：행견강내고정적소유환자술후균보존료섭하합관절공능화형태，회복료과상돌원유적외형。결론：하합골과상돌시상골절견강내고정가보지과상돌적외형화정상위치，유조우관절공능적회복。
Objective:To assess the efficacy of rigid internal fixation approach to treatment of sagittal mandibular condylar fracture .Methods:Six patients with condylar sagittal fracture were treated with rigid internal fixation .Results:All patients recovered favorably with good occlusion ,normal movement of the mandible and correct repositioning and rigid fixation of the fragment of the fracture .Conclusion:Treatment of the sagittal mandibular condylar fracture with rigid internal fixation may contribute to good condyle shape and recovery of joint function .
