目的:探讨成人斯蒂尔病(AOSD)患者血清中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平对AOSD病情的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)测定32例病情活动期AOSD患者、26例病情稳定期AOSD患者及20例健康志愿者血清中MIF、IL-6水平。结果:活动期AOSD患者血清中MIF、IL-6水平显著高于稳定期AOSD及健康对照(P<0.05),活动期AOSD患者MIF与白细胞计数(WBC)呈正相关,而与IL-6、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板计数( PLT)、铁蛋白( SF)间无相关性,活动期AOSD患者IL-6与MIF、WBC、ESR、CRP、PLT、SF间均无相关性。结论:MIF在AOSD活动期时显著增高,并与WBC呈正相关,提示MIF可作为AOSD病情活动的血清标志物并参与AOSD发病。

목적:탐토성인사체이병(AOSD)환자혈청중거서세포이동억제인자(MIF)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)적표체수평대AOSD병정적영향。방법:채용매련면역흡부시험( ELISA)측정32례병정활동기AOSD환자、26례병정은정기AOSD환자급20례건강지원자혈청중MIF、IL-6수평。결과:활동기AOSD환자혈청중MIF、IL-6수평현저고우은정기AOSD급건강대조(P<0.05),활동기AOSD환자MIF여백세포계수(WBC)정정상관,이여IL-6、홍세포침강솔(ESR)、C반응단백(CRP)、혈소판계수( PLT)、철단백( SF)간무상관성,활동기AOSD환자IL-6여MIF、WBC、ESR、CRP、PLT、SF간균무상관성。결론:MIF재AOSD활동기시현저증고,병여WBC정정상관,제시MIF가작위AOSD병정활동적혈청표지물병삼여AOSD발병。
Objective:To examine the level changes of macrophage migration inhibitory factor ( MIF) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6) in patients with adult on-set Still′s disease( AOSD) for preliminary investigation of the pathogenesis of this entity .Methods: The serum levels of MIF and IL-6 were detected with enzyme linked inmmnosorbent assay(ELISA)in 32 patients with active AOSD patients, 26 with stable disease and 20 healthy volunteers.Results:Serum MIF and IL-6 levels in patients with active AOSD were significantly higher than those in stable disease and healthy controls (P<0.05).MIF levels were positively correlated with the white cell count(WBC), yet showed no correlation with levels of IL-6, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP), platelet count (PLT) and serum ferritin(SF) in patients with active AOSD, and whose IL-6 levels were not correlated with MIF, WBC, ESR, CRP, PLT and SF.Conclusion:MIF was significantly elevated in patients with activity AOSD and positively correlated WBC , suggesting that MIF may be a role in the pathogenesis of AOSD, thus it may be used as a serum marker for estimation of the disease severity .
