This paper mainly introduces the project of Zhangshuang building's coal conference center in Peixian ,and the settlement observation measured program in the whole construction process .The main content includes monitoring technical basis ,monitoring contents ,reference point and deformation monitoring ,and main technical indexes of deformation monitoring as well as the analysis ,sorting and submit of outcome information .
