设计了一种量程为100 Nm的轮辐式光纤光栅扭矩传感器。该传感器的弹性元件采用轮辐式,并创新地采用双月牙弧形状的辐条结构,大大提高了弹性元件的应变灵敏度。在有限元仿真的基础上,以变形量最大为目标函数,对弹性元件的几何尺寸进行了优化设计。通过仿真和实验验证,该弹性元件的应变量与光纤光栅反射光中心波长的偏移量成线性关系,这种新型轮辐的应变灵敏度比传统轮辐提高近一倍,为18 pm/Nm,重复性误差为±1%。

Fiber Bragg grating torque sensor with a range of 100Nm is designed.Spoke is used as elastic element.The sensi-tivity of the elastic element is greatly improved by innovative use of double crescent-shaped spokes structure.In order to maximum torsional deformation,the geometries of the elastic element are optimized designed by finite element.The strain of the elastic element and the offset of fiber Bragg grating center wavelength shift are in a linear relationship by simulation and experimental verification.The new spoke sensitivity is nearly double increased from the original spokes,as 18 pm/Nm.Re-peatability error is ±1%.
