以酸枣水培幼苗为实验材料,研究了CaCl2对NaCl(200 mmol/L)胁迫下酸枣幼苗叶片和根的细胞质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫时间的延长,酸枣叶片和根系胞质膜透性增大,MDA的积累增加,叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性先升高后降低,根系SOD、CAT 持续升高;营养液中加入CaCl2(10 mmol/L)后,与未施加外源 CaCl2酸枣幼苗相比,叶片和根系细胞质膜透性、MDA含量降低,抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT不同程度提高。可见外源CaCl2可通过促进NaCl胁迫下酸枣幼苗植株体内抗氧化酶活性的提高,降低膜脂过氧化水平,减缓NaCl胁迫对植株的伤害,从而增强对NaCl胁迫的适应性。
以痠棘水培幼苗為實驗材料,研究瞭CaCl2對NaCl(200 mmol/L)脅迫下痠棘幼苗葉片和根的細胞質膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化物酶(POD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性的影響。結果錶明:隨著NaCl脅迫時間的延長,痠棘葉片和根繫胞質膜透性增大,MDA的積纍增加,葉片SOD、POD和CAT活性先升高後降低,根繫SOD、CAT 持續升高;營養液中加入CaCl2(10 mmol/L)後,與未施加外源 CaCl2痠棘幼苗相比,葉片和根繫細胞質膜透性、MDA含量降低,抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT不同程度提高。可見外源CaCl2可通過促進NaCl脅迫下痠棘幼苗植株體內抗氧化酶活性的提高,降低膜脂過氧化水平,減緩NaCl脅迫對植株的傷害,從而增彊對NaCl脅迫的適應性。
이산조수배유묘위실험재료,연구료CaCl2대NaCl(200 mmol/L)협박하산조유묘협편화근적세포질막투성、병이철(MDA)함량、초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화물매(POD)、과양화경매(CAT)활성적영향。결과표명:수착NaCl협박시간적연장,산조협편화근계포질막투성증대,MDA적적루증가,협편SOD、POD화CAT활성선승고후강저,근계SOD、CAT 지속승고;영양액중가입CaCl2(10 mmol/L)후,여미시가외원 CaCl2산조유묘상비,협편화근계세포질막투성、MDA함량강저,항양화매SOD、POD、CAT불동정도제고。가견외원CaCl2가통과촉진NaCl협박하산조유묘식주체내항양화매활성적제고,강저막지과양화수평,감완NaCl협박대식주적상해,종이증강대NaCl협박적괄응성。
The Sour jujube hydroponics deedlingss were used as experiment material to study the CaCl 2 effect on the changes of cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA) contents,superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities in leaves and roots under NaCl (200 mmol/L) stress.The results showed that the cell membrane permeability and content of MDA were both increased.The activities of SOD,CAT and POD increased firstly and then decreased in leaves but continued to rise in roots with stress time extension.When CaCl2 (10 mmol/L) was added,the cell membrane permeability and MDA content in leaves and roots decreased while SOD,POD and CAT activities increased compared with not applying exogenous CaCl2 in Soure jujube seedlings.The results indicated that exogenous CaCl2 could promote the activities of antioxidant enzymes,decrease the membrane lipid peroxidation in Sour jujube seedlings,and alleviate the damage of NaCl stress, consequently enhancing the NaCl stress adaptability of Sour jujube seedlings.
