建立了饲料中2种抗氧化剂 BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚)和 EQ(乙氧喹)的气相色谱检测方法。样品经前处理优化后,用异丙醇磁力搅拌提取30 min,采用 GC-FID 测定。结果表明:在50~900 mg/L,BHT 和EQ 的峰面积与其浓度呈线性相关(R ≥0.999);BHT 和 EQ 方法检出限分别为8 mg/kg 和10 mg/kg,仪器检测限分别为0.8 mg/L 和1.0 mg/L,4个不同浓度的添加回收率为73.40%~99.43%,相对标准偏差为0.39%~12.38%。BHT 和 EQ 无明显基质效应出现。

A method for determining BHT and EQ in feed by GC was established.The samples were extracted by isopropanol with magnetic stirring for 30 min,and detected by GC-FID.The results showed that in the range of 50-900 mg/L,there are a good linear correlation(R ≥0.999)between the peak area and the concentration of BHT and EQ.The detection limits of BHT and EQ were 8 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg,and the instrument detection limits were 0.8 mg/L and 1 .0 mg/L.Recoveries of 4 different concentrations were 73.40%-99.43%,meanwhile the RSD were 0.39%-12.38%.There were no significant matrix effects of BHT and EQ.
