为了早期预警吡嘧磺隆对水稻的药害,以‘秀水128’为供试水稻品种,设置吡嘧磺隆0 g/hm2(CK)、225 g/hm2、300 g/hm2、450 g/hm2、600 g/hm2和750 g/hm26个处理,于施药后5 d 应用 WinRHIZO 软件分析测定水稻根系长度、表面积、体积、根系平均直径和根尖数等形态指标。结果表明:除225 g/hm2施药处理外,其他处理均极显著降低了水稻根系的总根长和总根表面积,随着施药量的升高,抑制效应加强。吡嘧磺隆处理超过450 g/hm2时对水稻根系体积产生明显影响。根尖对吡嘧磺隆最敏感,所有处理均显著降低了根尖数。因此,通过上述根系形态指标的检测能够早期预警吡嘧磺隆对水稻可能的药害。

For early-warning of Pyrazosulfuron phytotoxicity on rice seedlings,the rice seedlings Japonica variety ‘Xiu Shui 128’were sprayed with Pyrazosulfuron at different concentrations (0 g/hm2 , 225 g/hm2 ,300 g/hm2 ,450 g/hm2 ,600 g/hm2 and 750 g/hm2 )to analyze its impacts on the root morphology on the 5th day after application by the software WinRHIZO in term of root length, surface area,volume,mean diameter,and the number of root points.The results showed that the root length and surface area decreased significantly at higher treatment concentrations of Pyrazosulfuron except 225 g/hm2 .The concentrations over 450 g/hm2 of Pyrazosulfuron phytotoxicity had a significant effect on the volume of root.The number of root points was sensitive to Pyrazosulfuron phytotoxicity, and it decreased at every treatment.With the increasing of the treatment concentration,the inhibition effect of Pyrazosulfuron on root system also enhanced.Therefore,it is possible to detect potential Pyrazosulfuron phytotoxicity on rice seedlings by using root morphological indices.
