筛选出对5’-FOA 敏感性较高的香菇‘L26’菌株,采用原生质体紫外诱变技术,获得‘L26’菌株18株尿嘧啶营养缺陷型突变菌株。分子验证表明:其中8株菌株的尿嘧啶合成代谢路径发生了基因突变。6个菌株的 pyrF 基因发生突变,2个菌株的 pyrG 基因发生突变。
篩選齣對5’-FOA 敏感性較高的香菇‘L26’菌株,採用原生質體紫外誘變技術,穫得‘L26’菌株18株尿嘧啶營養缺陷型突變菌株。分子驗證錶明:其中8株菌株的尿嘧啶閤成代謝路徑髮生瞭基因突變。6箇菌株的 pyrF 基因髮生突變,2箇菌株的 pyrG 基因髮生突變。

The ‘L26’strain of L .edodes with higher sensitivity of 5 ’-FOA was selected,and 18 uracil auxotrophic mutant strains were obtained by UV mutagenesis of protoplast.Molecular verification showed that 8 mutant strains had genetic mutations in uracil synthetic metabolic pathways;there were pyrF gene mutations in 6 strains and pyrG gene mutations in 2 strains.
