目的:比较甘遂单煎、与甘草对煎及在甘遂半夏汤中群煎时大戟二烯醇的含量变化情况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C8柱(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(94:6),检测波长为210 nm,室温。结果:大戟二烯醇在1.2~12μg范围内呈现良好的线性,回归方程为y=32180x+2155.4, r=0.9991;单药、对药、群药的平均回收率分别为97.87%、97.57%、97.34%。大戟二烯醇提取量的变化规律是对药﹥群药﹥单药。结论:建立的方法可用于甘遂的配伍变化研究,甘遂中大戟二烯醇的提取量随着配伍发生明显变化。

목적:비교감수단전、여감초대전급재감수반하탕중군전시대극이희순적함량변화정황。방법:채용고효액상색보법。색보주위Dikma Diamonsil C8주(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),류동상위을정-수(94:6),검측파장위210 nm,실온。결과:대극이희순재1.2~12μg범위내정현량호적선성,회귀방정위y=32180x+2155.4, r=0.9991;단약、대약、군약적평균회수솔분별위97.87%、97.57%、97.34%。대극이희순제취량적변화규률시대약﹥군약﹥단약。결론:건립적방법가용우감수적배오변화연구,감수중대극이희순적제취량수착배오발생명현변화。
Objective:To compare the changes of euphol content of euphorbia kansui in euphorbia herbs,anti-drug Licorice-Euphorbia herbs and Euphorbia kansui Pinellia Decoction. Method:HPLC method was adopted,using column of C8(200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)in Dikma Diamonsil,a mobile phase of acetonitrile-pure water(94:6),and detection at 210 nm with the room temperature to determine the euphol content from the samples. Result:Euphol had a good liner relation ship in 1. 2~12 μg,and regression equation is y=32 180x+2 155. 4,r=0. 999 1. The average re-covery rate of euphorbia herbs was 97 . 87%;the average recovery rate of anti-drug Licorice-Euphorbia herbs was 97 . 57%;the average recovery rate of Euphorbia kansui Pinellia Decoction was 97 . 34%. Euphol content in euphorbia herbs was the lowest;in anti-drug Licorice-Euphorbia herbs was the highest;in euphorbia herbs was in the middle. Conclusion:The method can be used for the research on compatibility changes of euphorbia herbs. The euphol content changes occur obviously by compatibility.
