国民体质监测报告数据显示我国在校中小学生作为全民健身、终身体育未来发展的主体，其体质健康状况却连续20多年呈下降趋势，青少年的体质问题已经成为整个教育界，乃至整个社会不得不关注的问题。那么怎样引导青少年能够积极主动地参与到体育活动中来，提高青少年参与体育的兴趣、爱好，以及缓解青少年现存的体质问题，这就需要对红黄蓝绿四种不同性格色彩青少年的性格、心理及其在参与体育活动时的行为表现进行系统的分析，制定出引导青少年参与体育活动的性格干预策略，从而更加有效地促进青少年健康成长。

The national physique monitoring report shows that as the main body of the future develop-ment,the youngsters?physical health has declined in recent 20 years.The youngers?physical problem has became an open problem for both the education circle and the whole society.In order to guide youngsters participate actively in sports activities and improve the youngsters interest,hobbies,in participating in physical and alleviate the physical problems of teenagers,it is necessary to analysis systematically the four different color character,psychology and behavior in the sport of the youngsters,and to give corresponding strategy guiding youngsters?physical exercises,so as to promote the healthy growth of the youngsters.
