[目的]合成泰地罗新的半抗原与人工抗原,为建立其免疫分析方法奠定基础。[方法]泰地罗新与丁二酸酐在室温下反应制得其半抗原,然后应用活性酯法合成其人工抗原,并分别予以鉴定。[结果]经质谱、元素分析及1H-NMR验证合成了泰地罗新半抗原,紫外分光光度法与荧光光谱法表明成功合成了泰地罗新人工抗原。针对泰地罗新的化学结构特点,设计并合成了其半抗原与人工抗原。[结论]研究结果为建立泰地罗新的免疫化学分析方法检测其在食品中的残留奠定了基础。

[목적]합성태지라신적반항원여인공항원,위건립기면역분석방법전정기출。[방법]태지라신여정이산항재실온하반응제득기반항원,연후응용활성지법합성기인공항원,병분별여이감정。[결과]경질보、원소분석급1H-NMR험증합성료태지라신반항원,자외분광광도법여형광광보법표명성공합성료태지라신인공항원。침대태지라신적화학결구특점,설계병합성료기반항원여인공항원。[결론]연구결과위건립태지라신적면역화학분석방법검측기재식품중적잔류전정료기출。
Objective In order to estab-lish enzyme linked immunosorbent as-say, the hapten and artificial antigen of tildipirosin were prepared. [Method] The hapten was synthesized by the reaction of the tildipirosin and succinic anhy-dride at room temperature, and then the artificial antigen was prepared by acti-vated-ester method, and these were to be identified. [Result]The results of mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and 1H-NMR showed that the hapten was successfully synthesized. And the ultraviolet spectrophotomrtry and fluo-rescence spectrometry showed that the artificial antigen was successfully syn-thesized. According to the chemical structure, the hapten and artificial anti-gen of tildipirosin were designed and synthesized. [Conclusion]The fundation of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was established for tildipirosin in food residue detection.
