[目的]为有效实施烟草储藏害虫综合治理、确保烟草及其制品品质提供新方法。[方法]研究不同温度(25、35、45、55、60、65℃)下处理不同时间(60、75、90、105、120 s)对烟草甲成虫、蛹、幼虫和卵的致死作用。[结果]结果表明,不同处理温度、不同处理时间对烟草甲各虫态的致死作用效果差异显著。在处理温度为25、35和45℃时,该试验各个处理时间对烟草甲各虫态均无致死作用,而在处理温度为55℃以上时对烟草甲各虫态均具有较强的致死作用。在处理温度为60℃时,对烟草甲成虫、蛹、幼虫和卵达到100%致死作用的最短处理时间分别为90、120、75和75 s。[结论]高温处理可以作为一种有效的害虫防治方式运用到储烟害虫综合治理当中。

[목적]위유효실시연초저장해충종합치리、학보연초급기제품품질제공신방법。[방법]연구불동온도(25、35、45、55、60、65℃)하처리불동시간(60、75、90、105、120 s)대연초갑성충、용、유충화란적치사작용。[결과]결과표명,불동처리온도、불동처리시간대연초갑각충태적치사작용효과차이현저。재처리온도위25、35화45℃시,해시험각개처리시간대연초갑각충태균무치사작용,이재처리온도위55℃이상시대연초갑각충태균구유교강적치사작용。재처리온도위60℃시,대연초갑성충、용、유충화란체도100%치사작용적최단처리시간분별위90、120、75화75 s。[결론]고온처리가이작위일충유효적해충방치방식운용도저연해충종합치리당중。
O bjective The aim was to provide a new method for effectively im-plementing integrated pest management (IPM)in stored tobacco insect pest, and keeping the quality of stored tobacco and processed tobacco. [Method]The lethal effect of the different high temperature treatments(25, 35, 45, 55, 60 and 65℃) by water bath heat treatment at different exposure times(60, 75, 90, 105 and 120 s)on the adults, pupae, larvae and eggs of Lasioderma serricorne was investigat-ed. [Result]The results showed that the lethal effect of the different high temper-ature treatments at different exposure times on the adults, pupae, larvae and eggs of L. serricorne was significantly different. For the treatments at 25, 35 and 45℃, all of the tested exposure times could not negatively affect the de-velopment of the adults, pupae, larvae and eggs of L. serricorne. The tempera-tures over 55℃ had strong lethal effect on the adults, pupae, larvae and eggs of L. serricorne. For the treatment at 60℃, the shortest exposure times of the adults, pupae, larvae and eggs of L. ser-ricorne reaching 100%mortality were 90, 120, 75 and 75 s separately.[Conclusion] Therefore, high temperature treatment could be used as an effective method in integrated pest management (IPM) in stored tobacco insect pest.
