为了达到节能降耗,减少污染物排放的目的,针对火力发电厂冷源损失巨大的问题,在大唐户县第二热电厂应用了一种从自然环境中吸取热量的设备---热泵,使冷源热能得到充分利用,提高了热效率。应用结果表明:2×300 MW机组的电厂采用汽轮机联通管打孔抽汽进行采暖供热改造,一个采暖期4个月,可实现节能15211 t标准煤,可减少灰渣量3803 t,减少标准状态下二氧化碳排放量3530 m3,减少标准状态下二氧化硫排放量29 m3,可获得节能奖励资金456万元。

For the sake of energy saving and loss reduction and reducing pollutants emission,aims at great loss of cold sources in coal-fired power plant,applies the heat pump which absorbs heat from natural environment in Datang Group Huxian The Second Thermal Power Plant,fully utilizes the thermal energy of cold sources and improves thermal efficiency. The result shows that 2 ×300 MW units adopt to hole on crossover pipe of steam turbine and exhaust steam to improve heating and heat supply,in a heating period of 4 months,can save 15 211 t normal coals,can reduce 3 803 t ash and slag products,can reduce CO2 emissions 3 530 m3 and SO2 emissions 29 m3 under standard state,can acquire 456×104 yuan awarded funds for energy saving.
