Under the idea of education equity,the paper studies the physical education teaching evaluation mode for the special -needs groups and puts forward the patterns of idea and the guiding ideology,theory origin,paradigm and method,mode features for the mode. It has positive meaning in solving the problem of physical education teaching evaluation and improving the physical education teaching quality for special-needs groups in the colleges. Also,it plays an important role in perfecting the physical education teaching system for the special - needs groups.
