运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计法，对山东省高校教师的闲暇时间、休闲方式等内容进行了调查研究。结果表明，不同教师群体的闲暇时间不具显著性差异，但其休闲体育活动次数和时间方面存在一定差异；高校教师的休闲方式在不同的时间内表现出较大的稳定性，但休闲运动并未成为人们的主要休闲方式。
운용문헌자료、문권조사화수리통계법，대산동성고교교사적한가시간、휴한방식등내용진행료조사연구。결과표명，불동교사군체적한가시간불구현저성차이，단기휴한체육활동차수화시간방면존재일정차이；고교교사적휴한방식재불동적시간내표현출교대적은정성，단휴한운동병미성위인문적주요휴한방식。
With the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper made a research on the leisure time and leisure way of university teachers in shandong province. The results show that there is no significant difference in the leisure time for different groups while there is some difference in its frequency and duration. The leisure way of university teachers show a greater stability,but leisure sports have not become their main way of leisure.
