从知识产权的角度，分析民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护现状，针对存在的问题，提出由著作权、专利权、商标权和地理标志保护构成的知识产权保护模式。我国现行的知识产权法对民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护起到了积极作用，但在全面保护上还存在很多缺陷。需要从以下几个方面进行完善：保护与传播并举，实现知识产权保护与发展民族传统体育共赢；建立登记建档制度，完善各级名录体系；完善传承机制，加强政府有效监管。

From the perspective of intellectual property,an analysis is made on the protection of Chinese traditional sports as intangible culture heritage,based on which a protection mode is put forward, consisting of copyright, patent, trademarks and geographical indications protection. The present intellectual property law has played an important role for the protection of Chinese traditional sports,but there are still some deficiencies. Therefore,some suggestions are given for the improvement:both protection and publicity are promoted to realize the win-win of intellectual property protection and Chinese traditional sports development;a registration and filing system is established to improve the list system at all levels;inheritance mechanism needs to be perfected and government supervision be strengthened.
