为了克服传统信息交流媒介的弊端,建筑业引入了建筑信息模型(BIM),集成化的建设环境较传统的建设环境更有利于建筑信息模型功能的发挥。对北美和欧洲应用BIM的21个建设项目的调研结果进行归类整理,对建设环境集成度不同的3种建设模式下BIM的应用广度与深度进行了假设检验分析。结果表明:随着建设环境集成度的提高,BIM的应用广度与深度也随之增加。研究结果证实了有关集成化建设环境有利于BIM应用的基本假设,同时也丰富和发展了BIM应用理论。

In order to conquer the disadvantages of traditional information medias,the construction industry begins to use building information modeling to replace the traditional information medias.With more and more projects using building information modeling (BIM),the environment of its use has been paid much attention.Many researchers believe the integrated environment has more positive impacts to BIM's use.After collecting and sorting the materials of 21 construction projects using BIM in north America and Europe ,this paper analyzes the relationship between BIM use and integration degree of 3 different project management model.The analysis results show that the spheres and deepness of BIM use will grow with the development of integration degree of project management model.The results prove the basic hypothesis of the relationship between BIM use and integration degree of building environment and enriched the theory of BIM use.
