针对若干手机用户对象,挖掘整理历史手机定位数据,获取用户的平均行程速度等交通状态参数值。结合模糊理论原理,分析定位数据与道路交通状态的关系,以平均行程时间延误等参数作为综合评价因子,提出一种基于模糊综合评价的交通状态探测算法,实验表明该方法可以有效获取用户途径道路的交通状态。
針對若榦手機用戶對象,挖掘整理歷史手機定位數據,穫取用戶的平均行程速度等交通狀態參數值。結閤模糊理論原理,分析定位數據與道路交通狀態的關繫,以平均行程時間延誤等參數作為綜閤評價因子,提齣一種基于模糊綜閤評價的交通狀態探測算法,實驗錶明該方法可以有效穫取用戶途徑道路的交通狀態。

The author sorted history mobile positioning data of a number of mobile phone users.The users average travel speed and other traffic state parameters were obtained.The relationship between the positioning data and roads traffic state has been analyzed by using the principle of fuzzy theory.The roads traffic state can be sorted and reviewed by the average travel time delays and other evaluation factors.A kind of traffic state detection algorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been put forward.The results show that this method can effectively access to users of the road traffic condition.
