试验选用云南楚雄州某地稀土尾矿,以稀土尾矿部分取代黏土原料进行水泥熟料煅烧试验。试验结果表明:掺入稀土尾矿及铅锌矿烧成熟料中的f-CaO含量明显减少,生料的易烧性提高;其3 d、7 d和28 d抗压强度均有不同程度的提高;水泥熟料中的C3S、C3A和C4AF含量有所增加,对水泥熟料的烧成起到促进作用,有利于水泥熟料矿物的形成,尤其是熟料中的C3 S增加明显。

시험선용운남초웅주모지희토미광,이희토미광부분취대점토원료진행수니숙료단소시험。시험결과표명:참입희토미광급연자광소성숙료중적f-CaO함량명현감소,생료적역소성제고;기3 d、7 d화28 d항압강도균유불동정도적제고;수니숙료중적C3S、C3A화C4AF함량유소증가,대수니숙료적소성기도촉진작용,유리우수니숙료광물적형성,우기시숙료중적C3 S증가명현。
Cement clinker burning test was done by using Yunnan some rare earth tailings instead of clay raw materials.Test results show that the mixed rare earth tailings and lead-zinc mine to burn in the mature makings f-CaO content decreased significantly,the raw material is easy to burn;The three days, seven days and 28 days compressive strength increase to some extent;C3S and C3A and C4AF content of Cement clinker increase,which promote the cement clinker sintering,is beneficial to the formation minerals in cement clinker,especially the C3 S in clinker increase significantly.
