白龙山煤矿一井为国家核准和设计批复在建的大型矿井，按煤与瓦斯突出矿井设计，在建设期间，发生多次煤与瓦斯突出事故。为更有效地预防建设期间的煤与瓦斯突出事故发生，通过事故分析，提出以调整开拓采掘系统部署为基础，系统改善矿井建设安全条件，以强化瓦斯抽采为根本，依托成熟先进的装备和技术，研究和制定适合煤矿赋存条件的防突和瓦斯治理工程方案。
白龍山煤礦一井為國傢覈準和設計批複在建的大型礦井，按煤與瓦斯突齣礦井設計，在建設期間，髮生多次煤與瓦斯突齣事故。為更有效地預防建設期間的煤與瓦斯突齣事故髮生，通過事故分析，提齣以調整開拓採掘繫統部署為基礎，繫統改善礦井建設安全條件，以彊化瓦斯抽採為根本，依託成熟先進的裝備和技術，研究和製定適閤煤礦賦存條件的防突和瓦斯治理工程方案。
백룡산매광일정위국가핵준화설계비복재건적대형광정，안매여와사돌출광정설계，재건설기간，발생다차매여와사돌출사고。위경유효지예방건설기간적매여와사돌출사고발생，통과사고분석，제출이조정개탁채굴계통부서위기출，계통개선광정건설안전조건，이강화와사추채위근본，의탁성숙선진적장비화기술，연구화제정괄합매광부존조건적방돌화와사치리공정방안。
The White Dragon Mountain coal mine is a huge mine.The construction of the coal mine got the national approval.During the period of construction,many times of coal and gas outburst accidents have occurred.The engineering proposal was put forward to more effectively prevent the coal and gas outburst accidents during construction.The engineering proposal is based on the analysis of the accident, adjustment to develop mining system deployment and improving the conditions of mine construction safety.At the same time,the engineering proposal strengthened the gas extraction as a fundamental, relying on advanced equipment and technology to suitable for coal mine condition and the gas regulation.
