目的:探讨毽球运动对女大学生健康体适能的影响。方法:将60名无规律性运动的女大学生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组每天早上定时锻炼踢毽子1h,每周4次,共12周,对照组继续参加日常身体活动。测试实验前后女大学生的各项健康体适能指标。结果:试验后,实验组女大学生的体质百分比有显著性下降(p<0.01),对照组有显著性升高(p<0.05);实验组的BMI明显下降(p<0.01)而对照组有明显升高(p<0.05);实验组的WHR指标有非常显著性差异(p<0.01),而对照组无明显变化(p>0.05);实验组的肺活量有显著性提高(p<0.01),而对照组明显下降(p<0.05);实验组安静心率下降非常显著(p<0.01),对照组变化不明显(p>0.05);实验组立定跳远和仰卧起坐指标均有非常显著性差异(p<0.01),对照组变化不明显(p>0.05);实验组柔韧性有显著性提高(p<0.05),对照组变化不明显(p>0.05)。结论:毽球运动对女大学生健康体适能有积极的影响。

By random dividing 60 irregularly exercise female college students into experimental group and control group,the experimental group kicking shuttlecock one hour every forth morning one week in 12 weeks,the control group taking part in daily physical activity and test the health-related physical fitness of female college students before and after experiment to discuss the effect of shuttlecock to health-related physical fitness of female college students.The result shows that after experiment the percent of physique of experimental group decreased obviously (p<0.01), the control group increased obviously(p<0.05); BMI of experimental group decreased obviously(p<0.01),the control group has no change(p<0.05); Vital Capacity of experimental group decreased obviously(p<0.01), the control group increased obviously(p<0.05);the heart rat of experimental group decreased obviously(p<0.01),the control group has no change(p<0.05);the index of sit-ups, standing broad jump of experimental group has a big difference(p<0.01),the control group has no change(p<0.05);flexibility of experimental group has a big difference(p<0.01),the control group has no change(p<0.05).It concludes that shuttlecock has a positive effect to health-related physical fitness of female college students.
