校企合作，工学结合人才培养模式是职业教育改革的发展方向，也是提高学生职业能力的有效途径。如何使工学结合更为紧密，途径有很多，其中将企业文化引入到校园，通过在校园内营造浓郁的企业文化，使学生在学校学习期间就感受到企业文化的熏陶，对其提高职业适应能力，尽快融入到企业生产过程中，具有重要意义。本文试图从“四条途径”和“十二种方式”入手，就如何将企业文化引入到职业学校校园做以阐述。

School-enterprise cooperation with the work-integrated learning training model is the develop-ment direction of vocational education reform, and it is also an effective way to improve students ' profes-sional capabilities. To make work-integrated learning more closely, there are many ways, including the cor-porate culture instruction. By means of creating a strong corporate culture, the student can feel the influence during the period of school learning. It is also meaningful for students to improve their professional ability and quickly adapt into the production process. This article attempts to state how to introduce corporate cul-ture into vocational school from the aspects of ‘Four ways’ and ‘Twelve means’ .
