目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)、淀粉酶(AMS)、血糖(BS)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法:将AOPP患者250例(中毒组)按照临床中毒程度分为轻度中毒组、中度中毒组和重度中毒组,并选取年龄匹配的健康体检者为对照组,在 AOPP 患者入院后立即采静脉血3 mL 分别检测 ChE、AMS、BS 及 CK-MB。结果:中毒组血清 AMS、CK-MB 及 BS 水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05),ChE 水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);随着中毒程度的加重,血清 AMS、CK-MB 及 BS 水平递升(P<0.05),且不同程度中毒组间均有明显差异(P <0.05),而 ChE 下降水平则无显著性差异。结论:检测 AOPP患者血清ChE、BS、AMS 及CK-MB 对判断AOPP严重程度及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
目的:探討急性有機燐農藥中毒(AOPP)患者血清膽堿酯酶(ChE)、澱粉酶(AMS)、血糖(BS)及肌痠激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平與病情嚴重程度的關繫。方法:將AOPP患者250例(中毒組)按照臨床中毒程度分為輕度中毒組、中度中毒組和重度中毒組,併選取年齡匹配的健康體檢者為對照組,在 AOPP 患者入院後立即採靜脈血3 mL 分彆檢測 ChE、AMS、BS 及 CK-MB。結果:中毒組血清 AMS、CK-MB 及 BS 水平均顯著高于對照組(P <0.05),ChE 水平顯著低于對照組(P <0.05);隨著中毒程度的加重,血清 AMS、CK-MB 及 BS 水平遞升(P<0.05),且不同程度中毒組間均有明顯差異(P <0.05),而 ChE 下降水平則無顯著性差異。結論:檢測 AOPP患者血清ChE、BS、AMS 及CK-MB 對判斷AOPP嚴重程度及指導臨床治療具有重要意義。
목적:탐토급성유궤린농약중독(AOPP)환자혈청담감지매(ChE)、정분매(AMS)、혈당(BS)급기산격매동공매(CK-MB)수평여병정엄중정도적관계。방법:장AOPP환자250례(중독조)안조림상중독정도분위경도중독조、중도중독조화중도중독조,병선취년령필배적건강체검자위대조조,재 AOPP 환자입원후립즉채정맥혈3 mL 분별검측 ChE、AMS、BS 급 CK-MB。결과:중독조혈청 AMS、CK-MB 급 BS 수평균현저고우대조조(P <0.05),ChE 수평현저저우대조조(P <0.05);수착중독정도적가중,혈청 AMS、CK-MB 급 BS 수평체승(P<0.05),차불동정도중독조간균유명현차이(P <0.05),이 ChE 하강수평칙무현저성차이。결론:검측 AOPP환자혈청ChE、BS、AMS 급CK-MB 대판단AOPP엄중정도급지도림상치료구유중요의의。
To study the relationship of severity on patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) and levels of serum cholinesterase (ChE),amylase (AMS), blood sugar (BS) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Methods:250 patients with AOPP (poisoning group) were divided into light poisoning (LP), moderate poisoning (MP) and heavy poisoning (HP) groups according to the degrees of poisoning, and healthy subjects of the same age as control group. ChE, AMS, BS and CK-MB were respectively detected after admission 3ml of venous blood. Results: The levels of serum AMS, CK-MB and BS in poisoning group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05),while the level of ChE in poisoning group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). With the aggravation of poisoned, the levels of AMS, CK-MB and BS raised progressively (P < 0.05), and there were significantly differences among the three groups (P < 0.05),but the decline of ChE had significant difference. Conclusion: There are import significance in judging of the degree of AOPP and guiding clinical treatment for patients with AOPP by determination of ChE, AMS, BS and CK-MB.
