幼儿教育的快速发展使得幼儿教师队伍快速壮大，与此同时幼儿教师也面临着很大的压力，过强或持续时间过长的压力对幼儿教师的身心健康造成负面影响，并直接影响对幼儿的教育工作，不利于幼教事业的发展。本文对幼儿教师压力的来源、压力的影响进行分析研究，提出在社会、个人及教育机构三个层面上采取适当措施来应对压力，帮助幼儿教师成长进步，推进幼教事业健康发展，具有重要的理论和现实意义。

The rapid development of preschool education brings about the quick growing in the kindergarten teach-ers. At the same time,teachers are also facing great pressure. Too strong or too long duration of pressure has nega-tive impact on the physical and mental health of preschool teachers and a direct impact on children′s education, which is conducive to the development of preschool education. This paper analyses the source and the influence of the pressure for preschool teachers,puts forward appropriate measures in three aspects of society,individual and educational institutions to cope with stress,help kindergarten teacher grow,promote the healthy development of in-fant education,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
