稻瘟病是水稻生产上危害最严重的病害之一,针对该病的抗性基因在水稻中大多编码NBS-LRR类抗病蛋白质,该类蛋白质能够识别病原菌关联分子模式(Pathogen associated molecular pattern,PAMP),参与调控效应蛋白质激活免疫反应( Effector-triggered immunity,ETI)。 NBS-LRR类蛋白质结构多样、功能复杂,它们在植物抗病过程中扮演了重要的角色。本文主要对NBS-LRR类蛋白质的结构与功能、NBS-LRR类抗稻瘟病基因的克隆进展、NBS-LRR类蛋白质介导的信号传递途径以及目前研究中存在的问题进行了介绍。

Rice blast is one of the most important disease threatening the production of rice. In most cases, the ge-netic code of the disease resistance genes encodes NBS-LRR protein, which is capable of identifying PAMP ( pathogen asso-ciated molecular pattern) and being involved in controlling the pathogen effector that induces the ETI ( Effector-triggered immunity) . As NBS-LRR protein is diverse in structure and complex in functioning, they are playing a pivotal role in the process of plant disease resistance. In this review, the existing problems of structuring and functioning of NBS-LRR pro-tein, the progress of gene cloning of NBS-LRR and the signal mechanism of NBS-LRR protein-mediated transduction path-ways were introduced.
