为了解水稻胡麻叶斑病病原菌的生长发育特点,从光照、pH、温度、碳源、氮源等方面对其菌丝生长及产孢条件进行了研究。结果发现：水稻胡麻叶斑病病原菌菌丝生长的最适培养基为 PDA 培养基,最适光照为12 h/12 h光暗交替,最适pH为9,最适温度为25℃,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为甘氨酸,同时在不同培养基﹑光照时间﹑碳源及氮源上的菌落形态均有差异。孢子萌发的最适光照为24 h全光照,最适温度为25℃,最适pH为9,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为硝酸钾。

The conditions of mycelial growth and spore generation of pathogenic fungi of Bipolaris oryzae were stud-ied, such as light, pH, temperature, carbon source and nitrogen source. The results showed that the myelia grew best un-der light dark alternate(12 h/12 h), 25℃ on the PDA medium with pH 9, sucrose as carbon source, and glycine as nitro-gen source. The colony morphology varied under the conditions of different media, light, carbon and nitrogen sources. The condition of 24-h full light, 25℃, pH 9, soluble starch as carbon source, and potassium nitrate as nitrogen source was the best of spore germination.
