为了解水稻胡麻叶斑病病原菌的生长发育特点,从光照、pH、温度、碳源、氮源等方面对其菌丝生长及产孢条件进行了研究。结果发现:水稻胡麻叶斑病病原菌菌丝生长的最适培养基为 PDA 培养基,最适光照为12 h/12 h光暗交替,最适pH为9,最适温度为25℃,最适碳源为蔗糖,最适氮源为甘氨酸,同时在不同培养基﹑光照时间﹑碳源及氮源上的菌落形态均有差异。孢子萌发的最适光照为24 h全光照,最适温度为25℃,最适pH为9,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为硝酸钾。
為瞭解水稻鬍痳葉斑病病原菌的生長髮育特點,從光照、pH、溫度、碳源、氮源等方麵對其菌絲生長及產孢條件進行瞭研究。結果髮現:水稻鬍痳葉斑病病原菌菌絲生長的最適培養基為 PDA 培養基,最適光照為12 h/12 h光暗交替,最適pH為9,最適溫度為25℃,最適碳源為蔗糖,最適氮源為甘氨痠,同時在不同培養基﹑光照時間﹑碳源及氮源上的菌落形態均有差異。孢子萌髮的最適光照為24 h全光照,最適溫度為25℃,最適pH為9,最適碳源為可溶性澱粉,最適氮源為硝痠鉀。
위료해수도호마협반병병원균적생장발육특점,종광조、pH、온도、탄원、담원등방면대기균사생장급산포조건진행료연구。결과발현:수도호마협반병병원균균사생장적최괄배양기위 PDA 배양기,최괄광조위12 h/12 h광암교체,최괄pH위9,최괄온도위25℃,최괄탄원위자당,최괄담원위감안산,동시재불동배양기﹑광조시간﹑탄원급담원상적균락형태균유차이。포자맹발적최괄광조위24 h전광조,최괄온도위25℃,최괄pH위9,최괄탄원위가용성정분,최괄담원위초산갑。
The conditions of mycelial growth and spore generation of pathogenic fungi of Bipolaris oryzae were stud-ied, such as light, pH, temperature, carbon source and nitrogen source. The results showed that the myelia grew best un-der light dark alternate(12 h/12 h), 25℃ on the PDA medium with pH 9, sucrose as carbon source, and glycine as nitro-gen source. The colony morphology varied under the conditions of different media, light, carbon and nitrogen sources. The condition of 24-h full light, 25℃, pH 9, soluble starch as carbon source, and potassium nitrate as nitrogen source was the best of spore germination.
