为探讨长穗颈温敏核不育水稻长选3S异交结实期籽粒形成的生理特性,以籼型常规水稻9311作父本,分别与长穗颈温能核不育水稻长选3S(母本)和温敏核不育水稻培矮64S(母本)杂交,比较研究异交结实期长选3S与对照培矮64S籽粒淀粉、蛋白质含量和ADPG焦磷酸化酶(ADPG-PPase)、可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)、淀粉分支酶( SBE)、谷氨酰胺合成酶( GS)及谷氨酸合酶( GOGAT)活性变化。结果发现,在籽粒灌浆过程中,长选3S籽粒淀粉、蛋白质含量和ADPG-PPase、SSS、SBE、GS及GOGAT活性变化趋势与对照培矮64S的基本一致,就整个灌浆期而言,长选3S籽粒直链淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量及GS、GOGAT活性均与培矮64S、CS差异不显著,而SBE酶活性则显著高。说明,长选3S改良了培矮64S的包颈,但籽粒充实生理保持了培矮64S原有特性。
為探討長穗頸溫敏覈不育水稻長選3S異交結實期籽粒形成的生理特性,以秈型常規水稻9311作父本,分彆與長穗頸溫能覈不育水稻長選3S(母本)和溫敏覈不育水稻培矮64S(母本)雜交,比較研究異交結實期長選3S與對照培矮64S籽粒澱粉、蛋白質含量和ADPG焦燐痠化酶(ADPG-PPase)、可溶性澱粉閤成酶(SSS)、澱粉分支酶( SBE)、穀氨酰胺閤成酶( GS)及穀氨痠閤酶( GOGAT)活性變化。結果髮現,在籽粒灌漿過程中,長選3S籽粒澱粉、蛋白質含量和ADPG-PPase、SSS、SBE、GS及GOGAT活性變化趨勢與對照培矮64S的基本一緻,就整箇灌漿期而言,長選3S籽粒直鏈澱粉含量、支鏈澱粉含量、蛋白質含量及GS、GOGAT活性均與培矮64S、CS差異不顯著,而SBE酶活性則顯著高。說明,長選3S改良瞭培矮64S的包頸,但籽粒充實生理保持瞭培矮64S原有特性。

Changxuan 3 S, a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile ( TGMS) rice with the elongated uppermost in-ternode (eui) gene, derived from TGMS rice Peiai 64S by irradiation with 350 Gy60Coγ-ray, was crossed with a cov-entional indica rice 9311. The physiological parameters of grain filling of Changxuan 3S were compared with TGMS rice 64S outcrossed with 9311. During grain filling, the changes in the contents of amylase, amylopectin and soluble protein, and the changes in enzyme activities of ADPG pyrophosphorylase(ADPG-PPase), soluble starch synthase ( SSS) and starch branching enzyme( SBE) , glutamine synthetase( GS) and glutamate synthase( GOGAT) of Changx-uan 3S were basically the same as those of Peiai 64S. The contents of starch, protein, and the enzyme activities of GS and GOGAT in grains did not show significant difference in Changxuan 3S and Peiai 64S, however, the SBE activity was higher in Changxuan 3 S. Eui gene improved panicle enclosure and maintained grain filling physioligcal activities by raising SBE activity.
