针对贺州南华糖厂原污水处理系统效率低下、操控及维护耗时耗力的现状，设计了污水处理自动控制系统，采用PLC控制器作为下位机完成现场实时数据采集和自动控制功能，上位机通过组态软件承担监测和管理任务，采用ProfiBus现场总线完成数据可靠通讯，监控主机完成实时数据分析处理及显示。系统实际运行表明：系统功能达到了设计要求，效果显著。

The original sewage treatment system of Nanhua Sugar Refinery in Hezhou City had low efficiency, was time and labor consuming for control and maintenance, so the sewage treatment automatic control system was de-signed. As the lower level machine, PLC undertakes field real-time data acquisition and automatic control. The up-per level machine is designed for supervision and management by configuration software. ProfiBus field bus permits reliable data communication. Real-time analysis, processing and display of data was completed by monitoring com-puter. Real operation of this system had proved significant effects with all functions up to design requirements.
