针对变电所不能够识别和切除“T”接方式的专用线接触网故障等问题，设计了一种新型接触网开关站，具有快速切除永久性故障、自动重合闸功能，能够区分临时性故障、按照允许时间自动切除超载负荷，消除了专用线接触网故障对干线铁路供电的影响。另外，开关站自带超级储能模块电池，不需要外部提供工作电源，不仅减少了为开关站架设10 kV电源线路的投资，而且能够使开关站安装位置的选择非常灵活。开关站与监控之间的通讯利用公共的GS M网络，突出优点表现为节省了远动系统及信道设施投资，通讯费用低，经济实惠。研制的开关站已经投入实际运行，表现出设计和投资的经济效益良好、性能稳定可靠、操作和管理方便。

A new-type OCS switch station has been designed to solve the problems that the power substation cannot dis-tinguish and cut off“T”connection dedicated contact line fault.The switch station can cut off rapidly the permanent fault,reclose automatically circuit breakers,distinguish temporary fault and cut off automatically the overload in the time allowed,which can eliminate the influence of dedicated contact line's faults on power supply of main line railway.In ad-dition,the switch station itself has the super energy storage module battery,therefore,it don't need external power sup-ply,which not only can reduce the engineering investment for erection of the 10kV power lines,but also can make the installation location of switch station more selective.Public GSM network is used for Communication between switch sta-tion and supervisory control,which can save the investment for remote system and channel facilities.The developed switch station has already been put into operation;it is featured by sound performance,convenient operation and man-agement and low cost.
