针对农田大量使用除草剂对环境带来的危害,研究设计了一种新型中耕除草施肥机。介绍了设计机具的结构特征、工作原理,并确定了机具关键部件的合理参数,即当刀片安装倾斜角度为10°,刀片底部间距为18 mm时除草效果最好。田间试验表明,设计机具作业效率高,有利于农作物增产增收。
針對農田大量使用除草劑對環境帶來的危害,研究設計瞭一種新型中耕除草施肥機。介紹瞭設計機具的結構特徵、工作原理,併確定瞭機具關鍵部件的閤理參數,即噹刀片安裝傾斜角度為10°,刀片底部間距為18 mm時除草效果最好。田間試驗錶明,設計機具作業效率高,有利于農作物增產增收。

With respect to the environmental hazard caused by extensive use of herbicides,a new wee-ding-fertilizing machine was designed in this study.Its structure feature and working principle were briefly described.Furthermore,a field trial was conducted to determine the reasonable parameters of key compo-nents.when the blade angle is 10°and space between two blade is 18 mm effect on weeding ratio is the best.The results of field trial indicated that,the machine contributed to the improvement of crop yields due to its high efficiency.
