试验采用虫体浸渍法研究了‘庄薯3号’马铃薯在有光照和无光照条件下生芽经不同极性溶剂提取所得粗提物对粘虫5龄幼虫的杀虫作用.结果表明:有光、无光鲜芽、干芽用不同极性溶剂提取,以无光干芽乙酸乙酯粗提物对粘虫幼虫的触杀作用为最强,稀释5倍液的校正死亡率可达52.0%;无光干芽丙酮粗提物具有较强的触杀作用,粘虫校正死亡率为18.67%;有光干芽甲醇粗提物等大多数粗提物具有一定或很弱的触杀作用,粘虫校正死亡率在10.0%以下;有光干芽乙醇、丙酮、石油醚粗提物则无触杀作用;无光干芽乙酸乙酯粗提物对粘虫的胃毒作用很弱,校正死亡率仅为4.26%;无光干芽乙酸乙酯粗提物对粘虫具有很强的生长发育抑制作用,处理后6 d的生长发育抑制率为67.12%.
試驗採用蟲體浸漬法研究瞭‘莊藷3號’馬鈴藷在有光照和無光照條件下生芽經不同極性溶劑提取所得粗提物對粘蟲5齡幼蟲的殺蟲作用.結果錶明:有光、無光鮮芽、榦芽用不同極性溶劑提取,以無光榦芽乙痠乙酯粗提物對粘蟲幼蟲的觸殺作用為最彊,稀釋5倍液的校正死亡率可達52.0%;無光榦芽丙酮粗提物具有較彊的觸殺作用,粘蟲校正死亡率為18.67%;有光榦芽甲醇粗提物等大多數粗提物具有一定或很弱的觸殺作用,粘蟲校正死亡率在10.0%以下;有光榦芽乙醇、丙酮、石油醚粗提物則無觸殺作用;無光榦芽乙痠乙酯粗提物對粘蟲的胃毒作用很弱,校正死亡率僅為4.26%;無光榦芽乙痠乙酯粗提物對粘蟲具有很彊的生長髮育抑製作用,處理後6 d的生長髮育抑製率為67.12%.

Insecticidal activities on potato buds against larva of Mythimna separate were conducted by immersion method with extracts of different polar solvents from potato buds(cv.‘Zhuangshu No.3’)on light and dark condition.The results showed that extracts inhibited the larva from fresh and dry potato buds on light and dark condition with five polar solvents(methanol,ethanol,acetone,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate),the extract with ethyl acetate from dry buds on dark condition had the most strongest con-tact insecticidal against the larva,the corrected mortality was 52.0% when the extract was diluted 5 times using water.Acetone extract of dry buds on dark condition had a stronger contact effects,the corrected mortality was 18.67%.The extracts from dry buds on light condition with methanol had some extent or a little contact effect,the corrected mortality was below 10.0%.The extracts from dry buds on light condi-tion with ethanol,acetone and petroleum ether of had no contact effects.Extracts from dry buds on dark condition with ethyl acetate had a weaker stomach poison,the corrected mortality was 4.26%.Extract from dry buds on dark condition with ethyl acetate had very strong developmental inhibition actions,the devel-opmental inhibition rate from 6 days after treatment was 6 7 .1 2% .
