试验采用人工干法授精,微流水孵化方式对祁连山裸鲤的整个胚胎发育及仔鱼进行连续观察.结果表明:祁连山裸鲤的受精卵为圆球形,多数为黄色,沉性卵.42 min 吸水膨胀平均卵径为(2.44±0.04)mm;水温在12.0~14.0℃时,受精卵经过25个发育期,历时192 h孵化出膜;初孵仔鱼平均全长为(8.2±0.05)mm.
試驗採用人工榦法授精,微流水孵化方式對祁連山裸鯉的整箇胚胎髮育及仔魚進行連續觀察.結果錶明:祁連山裸鯉的受精卵為圓毬形,多數為黃色,沉性卵.42 min 吸水膨脹平均卵徑為(2.44±0.04)mm;水溫在12.0~14.0℃時,受精卵經過25箇髮育期,歷時192 h孵化齣膜;初孵仔魚平均全長為(8.2±0.05)mm.

The dry artificial insemination and micro water incubation method were used in this study, the embryos and larval development of Cymnocypris chilianensis were continuously observed.The results showed that the fertilized egg of Cymnocypris chilianensis was round in shape,most of them were yellow, demersal eggs.The average egg diameter was (2.44±0.04)mm after 42 min swelling.At water tempera-ture of 12.0~14.0 ℃,fertilized eggs went through 25 developmental stages,hatching lasted 192 h.The av-erage length of newly hatched larvae was (8.2±0.05)mm.This test laied the foundation of large-scale arti-ficial breeding of Cymnocypris chilianensis.
