为了寻求对奶牛隐性乳房炎有良好疗效的中草药，选取具有抗菌消炎作用的13种中草药，运用水煎法提取其有效成分；从兰州周边6个奶牛场采集奶样，从中分离得到4种引起乳房炎的主要致病菌；利用提取的中草药有效成分对这4种致病菌做体外抑菌试验，运用试管稀释法测定中药单味药和复方的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明：黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4味中药对引起奶牛隐性乳房炎的4种病原菌的抑菌效果良好；板兰根、金银花、连翘、黄柏、大青叶、紫花地丁具一定抑菌效果，而王不留行、黄芪、天花粉抑菌效果较差。同时还发现，复方中同时含有黄连、大黄、蒲公英、鱼腥草4种药物的复方抑菌效果较好。
위료심구대내우은성유방염유량호료효적중초약，선취구유항균소염작용적13충중초약，운용수전법제취기유효성분；종란주주변6개내우장채집내양，종중분리득도4충인기유방염적주요치병균；이용제취적중초약유효성분대저4충치병균주체외억균시험，운용시관희석법측정중약단미약화복방적최소억균농도。결과표명：황련、대황、포공영、어성초4미중약대인기내우은성유방염적4충병원균적억균효과량호；판란근、금은화、련교、황백、대청협、자화지정구일정억균효과，이왕불류행、황기、천화분억균효과교차。동시환발현，복방중동시함유황련、대황、포공영、어성초4충약물적복방억균효과교호。
In order to seek optimum Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of subclinical mastitis of bovine,1 3 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect were selected. The effective composition was extracted by decoction method.The bacteriostatic effect was tested by four kinds of main pathogenic bacteria seperated from 6 dairy farms around Lanzhou.The minimum inhibitory concentration of Chinese medicine single herb and compound was used as the main index to detect the anti-bacterial effect.Berberine,rhubarb,dandelion,houttuynia no matter in single and in compound prescription all had a better antibacterial activities.Radis isatidis,honeysuckle,Fructus forsythia,gold cypress,Folium Isatidis and chinese violet showed some degree antibacterial activities,while cowherb,astragalus and radix trichsanthis showed no antibacterial activities.
