采用大体解剖学和比较组织学方法研究了双峰驼眼结膜相关淋巴组织(Conj unctiva-associated lymphoid tissue,CALT)的分布情况、免疫形态学特征以及与年龄之间的关系.结果表明:解剖学观察发现,双峰驼眼结膜的内表面分布有黄白或灰白色致密结节,小米粒大小,其中眼内侧角分布较多;组织学观察发现双峰驼 CATL均存在于眼结膜固有层,由典型淋巴小结和弥散淋巴组织构成,弥散淋巴组织内有丰富的血管和相当数量的浆细胞以及肥大细胞.比较不同年龄双峰驼眼结膜发现,驼羔和青年驼结节不明显,成年驼结节较明显,7~8岁时结节数量最多,之后随着年龄的增长结节逐渐减少退化;淋巴小结的数量从驼羔组到老年组,每个低倍镜视野中淋巴小结的数量分别为2.20,6.13,12.65和1.73.
採用大體解剖學和比較組織學方法研究瞭雙峰駝眼結膜相關淋巴組織(Conj unctiva-associated lymphoid tissue,CALT)的分佈情況、免疫形態學特徵以及與年齡之間的關繫.結果錶明:解剖學觀察髮現,雙峰駝眼結膜的內錶麵分佈有黃白或灰白色緻密結節,小米粒大小,其中眼內側角分佈較多;組織學觀察髮現雙峰駝 CATL均存在于眼結膜固有層,由典型淋巴小結和瀰散淋巴組織構成,瀰散淋巴組織內有豐富的血管和相噹數量的漿細胞以及肥大細胞.比較不同年齡雙峰駝眼結膜髮現,駝羔和青年駝結節不明顯,成年駝結節較明顯,7~8歲時結節數量最多,之後隨著年齡的增長結節逐漸減少退化;淋巴小結的數量從駝羔組到老年組,每箇低倍鏡視野中淋巴小結的數量分彆為2.20,6.13,12.65和1.73.

By the gross anatomy and comparative histological methods,the distribution and immunologi-cal morphology characteristics of Bactrian camels'conjunctiva-associated lymphoid tissue (CALT)were studied in different ages.Anatomy observation showed that there were abundant of yellow or grey dense nodules j ust like grains of small rice in Bactrian camels'conj unctivas'internal surface especially in the inner canthus;Histological observation showed that the CALT were distributed in lamina propria of conjunctivas and consisted of typical lymph nodules and disseminated lymphoid tissue.By comparison,the nodules of young camels and pubertal camels were not obvious,but obviously in adult camel.Until 7~8 years old,the number of nodules reached a maximum.Afterward,it was drop off with age.The average number of lymph-oid nodules of CALT in every low-power field from young group to old group was in order of 2.20,6.13, 12.65 and 1.73.
