医用X光图像对常规图像增强算法较敏感、易失真,对此提出一种自适应灰度调整及边缘增强的X光图像增强算法。算法依据X光图像直方图中灰度的分布特点,自适应进行单段或双段灰度拉伸,调整灰度范围并均衡灰度分布,在该基础上叠加DFT频域Butterworth高通滤波信号以增强组织的边缘及纹理信息。实验证明,该算法失真率低、可行性高,对医用X光图具有较理想的增晰效果。
醫用X光圖像對常規圖像增彊算法較敏感、易失真,對此提齣一種自適應灰度調整及邊緣增彊的X光圖像增彊算法。算法依據X光圖像直方圖中灰度的分佈特點,自適應進行單段或雙段灰度拉伸,調整灰度範圍併均衡灰度分佈,在該基礎上疊加DFT頻域Butterworth高通濾波信號以增彊組織的邊緣及紋理信息。實驗證明,該算法失真率低、可行性高,對醫用X光圖具有較理想的增晰效果。

Aiming at the disadvantage that the X-ray medical images are sensitive and easily cause dis-tortion to normal image enhancement algorithm, a X-ray medical image optimum algorithm based on adaptive grayscale adjustment and edge enhancement is presented. The grayscales are adjusted adaptively within one or two ranges according to the histogram characteristic of X-ray image. And the adjusted image is enhanced by in-creasing the edge and texture signals which are obtained by DFT Butterworth high-pass filter. Experimental re-sults show that the algorithm is feasible and has low distortion, and the enhancement results of X-ray medical image are good.
